Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various parts of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.

More images made public as part of the current investigative release.
